Problem
Water infiltration to the third floor parking garage car charging station wall.
The CCR Solution
After investigation of the affected area, we isolated sections at a time and conducted a water test to determine where the water was finding its way into the garage wall. We conducted a series of water tests until we came to a corner away from the area underneath the fourth floor balcony where concrete was broken loose.
This area was blind to the eye since it was covered with a concrete coating. Once the area of concrete was repaired we conducted additional water tests and the water infiltration ceased. We have monitored periodically and have been pleased that there have been no signs of water infiltration since our repairs were done at that location.
